IL MIO METODO - MY WORKING METHOD

Sono di nuovo al lavoro sulla Storia...un progetto che copre l'ultimo secolo, gli ultimi importanti decenni. C'è da fare...ricerca, studiare libri, guardare film, ma è davvero entusiasmante. ci vorrebbe veramente un backstage per scoprire cose c'è dietro ogni singola illustrazione..che per me è come fare un film.
Molti non capiscono cosa significhi "illustrare". Forse fare scarabocchi su un foglio o su un computer. Per me è immedesimarsi totalmente come un attore che usa il metodo Stanivslaskij per entrare nella propria parte. Senza questa immedesimazione non darei il meglio.
Capite come è difficile fare più lavori contemporaneamente per me..come cambiarsi pelle 3 volte al giorno. Avete mai chiesto a Spielberg se farebbe 3 film nello stesso tempo?

I'm back at work on a project ... about History covering the last century, the last major decades. ... there is lots to do: research, study books, watching movies, but it's really exciting. I really want to do a backstage, to show how many things are behind each illustration .. which to me is like making a movie.
